We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring person to join our nursery team for Maternity cover between January 2021 and July 2021. You will be working as a key person to provide safe, high quality education and care for young children. You must be able to plan for children’s individual learning and development and deliver activities that meet their needs and interests.
The Riverside Nursery School offers children the opportunity to learn indoors and outdoors, including Forest School sessions, throughout the year. At the current time we are predominantly working outdoors and therefore you will need to be committed to working outdoors and delivering the early years curriculum outdoors.
We are looking to employ someone to work 25.5 hours across the week. This could be a job share for the right candidates.
This post requires you to hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and it is desirable that you have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in a childcare environment.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and does require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check. Applicants must be prepared to disclose any convictions they may have and any orders which have been made against them.
